Puxton Park is home to an array of different animals, ranging from rabbits to our more unusual alpaca’s. As you walk through the park you will see many different breeds of mainly farm animals, for example Alex and Apollo (our Anglo Nubian cross goats) will do their up most to attract your attention, this is largely because grass nuts can be purchased from reception to be hand fed to the goats - Make sure you hold onto the paper bag as they have been known to eat these too!
Come to the Puxton Park Falconry Centre and enjoy the thrills and excitement of the ancient art of falconry. With over 15 birds and run by a falconer with over 28 years experience, this unique opportunity allows you to view these beautiful birds of prey up close and personal in a natural environment.
A visit to the Farm Shop is a must – to buy local fresh vegetables & fruit, choose from a wonderful selection of ciders, beers and wines, and then browse the aisles for something different. The butchery department features a vast choice of locally sourced fresh meat with the emphasis on quality and value.
