East Lambrook Manor Gardens

East Lambrook Manor Gardens

The Margery Fish Garden at East Lambrook Manor has become a magnet for garden lovers all over the world. Visitors can wander its crooked stone paths through colour, scent and cottage-style design. This Grade I listed garden is overflowing with plants, many of which were saved from virtual extinction.

Margery Fish was one of the most admired garden writers and gardeners of her day and since she has died her reputation as one of Britain’s leading and innovative gardeners has steadily increased as her work and books become more widely known. The garden also houses a Collection of Geraniums with a specialist plant nursey, and the 17th Century Malthouse is the centre for the gift shop and an art gallery showing new works from well known West Country artists.
