Abbey House Gardens

Where the Cotswolds meet the West Country in historic Malmesbury, come to Abbey House Gardens for five acres of all season colour.
Abbey House Gardens are amazing 5 acre gardens in Malmesbury’s beautiful and historic town centre. Growing here there are over 2000 different roses, 2000 herbs and 2000 other plant species all laid out by the tenacious and visionary owner and his gardener. Against the backdrop of Malmesbury Abbey discover formal gardens, a ’Celtic cross’ knot garden, herbaceous borders, a ’mediaeval’ herb garden encircled by fruit cordons, foliage and bog gardens. Wooded walks to river and monastic fish ponds with kingfisher and swans have lovely views along the way.
