James is our specialist vehicle purchaser who will make sure your sale as hassle free as possible.
What happens when I arrive to sell my car?You will be greeted by a member of staff usually James, our purchaser at Bristol who will offer you a light refreshment, James will then firstly check your documentation to ensure you have the correct documents and proofs of identity and will then conduct a short inspection of your car to check its condition. This usually takes around ten minutes so you’ll be free to enjoy a cup of coffee or if you prefer, you can join James while he gives your motor the once over.
Once I’ve sold my car, when will I receive my money?We pay directly into your bank account, which takes 3-4 days to complete. We can arrange payment within the day if before 3pm for a nominal administration charge. Please ensure you bring all your bank details with you
