We are now taking bookings for our entertaining evening with Elvis. Tickets are £25.00 and include a set menu and entertainment.
We are now booking for Christmas and now offer two set menus. £20 and £15 ahead to include a glass of complementary wine for everyone in parties over 8.
Shahnaz Indian Restaurant is situated in a prime location at the bottom of Cheddar Gorge serving traditional Indian cuisine. The Indian people, their traditions, their festivals, their lifestyles and their cuisine is a glorious history and Shahnaz cuisine captures the very best of Indian culinary delicacies.
All dishes are prepared traditionally and are delicately spiced (contrary to popular thinking that all Indian fare is very hot and spicy), a light hand is used with the herbs and spices in order to enhance the flavours of the food and not overwhelm them.
However, for those desiring added spice the menu can be adjusted to suit your personal taste.
You will find that we offer far more than traditional ’curry house’ dishes, our meals are prepared with exotic spices, unusual and traditional Indian ingredients and we use traditional cooking techniques ensuring that all our dishes are full of fantastic flavours.
Shahnaz is a family theme restaurant and are very proud of it.

Banquets nights run regularly from Sunday to Thursday except special occasions and public holidays - only £11.95, with a separate banqueting menu.
